✅ #1: Stripe Admin Access:
- You’ll need the ability to install ClearSync in your Stripe account, as shown in Steps 2 & 3 of the install guide. If you’re not the Stripe admin, you can invite that person into your ClearSync account, and then they can complete the connection for you.
✅ #2: HubSpot App Installation
- You’ll need to install the ClearSync app in HubSpot, which you can initiate in ClearSync. In order to do that, you’ll need these permissions, or you’ll be prompted to request an install from an Administrator:
- Note: ClearSync uses HubSpot App Objects and is compatible with all versions of HubSpot 🤩 (even the free version!).
✅ #3: Check for Special Scenarios
If you’re using any of these features of Stripe, we’d love to learn more about how you use them and how we can best support them with ClearSync in the not-too-distant future:
